This week we touch on addiction, whether it be to substance abuse or coffee. We go through why we think addictions happen and put some perspectives on how we can view them to get past them. We also get into the Cop City incident in Atlanta and the LA shooting on the lunar new year. As always we sum it up with our NFL Picks, this week the AFC and NFC championship games! Regrets

This week we touch on regrets, whether we should have them or not and our thoughts on how to go about life with them. As always at the end of the pod we touch on the NFL and make our Playoff predictions.

Expectations

This week we we talk about our expectations. The expectations we have on others and the expectations we have on ourselves. We get into what is most important to us and touch up on how good intentions doesn't always meet the expectation that is required of us, that prioritizing is crucial. And as always we finish up will our NFL Picks! Its playoff football!!

We Must Consider One Another

This week we start off with our second season! This is episode one of the new year and we touch on Damar Hamlin's injury along with Andrew Tate's arrest. Our main points speak on consideration for others and how even after success and fame people can still fall to criminal activity. Technical Difficulties?

This week we start with a conversation Manny heard in the gym and the emotions that arose from that. We touch up on traditions during Christmas and how giving and receiving gifts changes as we grow. And of course NFL Picks!!

This week we talk about our experience at the Steelers Ravens Game and how it led us to the question of: If you can't control something why do we get so mad?
