And it only gets better from here. Sunshine takes over today. Central West Virginia climbs to 73 degrees with light southwest winds. The Northern Panhandle tops out at 68, while Southern West Virginia hits 67. Perfect weather for a lunchtime walk if you ask me. Tonight stays mild. Mostly clear with lows in the low 50s statewide. A slight chance of light rain develops after 5 A.M. As moisture creeps in. Tuesday brings the heat. Highs jump to the mid to upper 70s statewide.
