Good afternoon. West Virginia. I'm Matt Mullins. You're waking up to overcast skies and mild 60s after a soggy night that dropped about a fifth of an inch statewide. That rain clears out this morning. And clouds break apart by afternoon. Oh. And don't forget — clocks spring forward tonight. You lose an hour of sleep, but sunset shifts to 7:27 P.M. We're gaining daylight. Down in the southern mountains, rain lingers through midday with patchy fog. Expect a high near 61 degrees. Central West Virginia sees rain wrapping up before noon, then partly sunny skies push the mercury to 67 degrees. Up in the Northern Panhandle, just a slight chance of showers before 9 A.M., then partly sunny with a high near 62 degrees. West winds gust to 20 miles an hour across the north.
