Then Here comes partly sunny skies with temperatures climbing into the low to mid 70s across most of the state. Central West Virginia tops out near 81 degrees. The Northern Panhandle reaches 73. Southern areas hit 74. Light southwest winds keep things pleasant — perfect weather for a lunchtime walk if you ask me.
