Kathi Garff, Chair of Ken Gaff Enterprises and Board Chair of the Success in Education Foundation, and Erin Trenbeath-Murray, VP of Success in Education, were inspired to launch Women Who Succeed in March 2021 to help build confidence and grow leadership skills in young women across Utah.
