What Does It Mean to Fear the Lord?

A nation that fears the Lord will prosper. True prosperity to any nations comes when that nation fears the Lord.

A Vision to Reach Future Generations

We should have a vision for the gospel that includes future generations. Our vision is too short if we believe we are the terminal generation. Future generations are yet to come who will serve the Lord. We must believe that. - Psalm 22:30-31

A Future Revival is Promised

Some of the greatest revivals that have ever occurred came when all seemed to be hopeless. There was a time of darkness and then light dawned. We must believe that can happen again. Psalm 22:27

Jesus Came to Save Sinners

When we come to the realization that we are great sinners in the sight of a Holy God, then this nation will begin to see change. 1 Timothy 1:15

A Call to Turn Back

As we think about our own nation and how far we have fallen as a people, we need to heed God's call to repentance in our day. It is not too late for our nation to repent of its sins. Though God's judgments continue to fall on the land, yet we can still repent and turn back to God as a people.

Jesus Wants Our Hearts

Though we have fallen short as a church, Jesus has not deserted us. He is near and wants to see the church change for the better. Like in times past, the church is at a low ebb but revivals came in years gone by that completely changed the church. May the Lord send such powerful revivals again into our midst.

Coming Great Increase in the Church

his passage seems to point further than the return of the exiles from Babylon to something that is worldwide. It points to a time when there will be a great increase in the church when people from all ove will come into Zion. References: Isaiah 49:9-12

Jesus - A Salvation for the Peoples of the World

This is a passage about the coming of the Messiah. He would be a covenant to the peoople. That is He would be salvation for the people all over the world. Isaiah 49:8

Jesus Will Reign

Jesus has already begun to reign and His reign will continue until He has put all His enemies under His feet

Jesus' Great Work and Mission

What is our vision for the church today? Are we sitting around waiting on a rapture to take us out of this evil world or are we pressing ahead with the gospel to the ends of he earth to win the whole world to Christ.
