As the Vikings head into Week 5, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Augustana’s Junior Kick Returner and Wide Receiver, Breyden Smith. We discussed last week’s game against Millikin and looked ahead to tomorrow’s Homecoming clash with North Park. Our conversation covered the impressive growth of the Special Teams, and I let him know that he’s just 19 yards away from becoming the all-time leader in Career Kick Return Yards. We also explored his leadership style, his involvement with the TNT Ignite 7 on 7 group, and his academic pursuits in Business Marketing and Political Science.
