Episode notes

The year was 1985 and one of the most important horror films of the decade was arriving in theaters - but how many people realized it at the time? After his seminal works with Night of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead, George A. Romero was creating a new vision of the living dead - but it was one that was not entirely appreciated in its time.

Now, over 35 years later, we look back at Day of the Dead - somewhat maligned when it was originally released, is the third film in the original "Living Dead" trilogy worthy of the criticism which it once evoked, or have we come to appreciate it as an important installment in one of the most important horror series of all time? Find out, on this episode!
