160z mushrooms sliced

4 cloves of garlic

1 onion

Your choice of herbs

Half n half

Vegetable broth

Olive oil

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Smoked paprika

I eyeballed the measurements soooo lol.

Cut the cauliflower into nice size pieces removing the stem area. Brush all sides with olive oil and season both side. Bake about 15 to 20 mins depending on the oven. While it is baking, start the sauce.
