Suicide Prevention
This week we are discussing the topic of suicide, which while is a very important topic, may be difficult for some to listen to. If you need additional support, or if you or someone you know has thoughts of suicide, please call 988. There are more supports listed on the UWBCC website.
Addictions
This week we are joined by Christine Lay, LMHCA from the Center for Human Services in Bothell to talk about addictions. You can reach her at clay@chs-nw.org. If you or someone you know might be struggling with an addiction, you can contact the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (4357).
The Holiday Blues
The holidays can be a challenging time for some folks. In this episode, we discuss what is often called "the holiday blues" with Hsuan Hsuan Dai, a therapist at the UW Counseling Center on the Seattle campus.

Depression, Anxiety, and Stress
This week we talk about some of the most common reasons people see a counselor -- depression, anxiety, and stress. Joining Randy are mental health clinician Teresa Hoffman and counseling intern Jessica Vu from the UWB Counseling Center.
International Students
