Season 1
12 // Why You Are Attracting The Same Relationship Patterns
In this episode, I talk about friendships, romantic relationships, and the patterns that show up when you start learning how to express your needs instead of abandoning yourself to keep the peace. I share what I’ve been seeing in my clients, what I’ve learned through my own relationships, and why your needs are not too much, they are simply asking to be honoured. I also open up about people-pleasing, the fear of disappointing others, seeking validation in relationships, and why receiving support can feel so uncomfortable when you’re used to doing everything on your own. In this episode I cover: · Why your needs are valid, even when someone else has different needs · How people-pleasing creates resentment in friendships and dating · Why disappointment doesn’t mean you’ve done something wrong · Why one friend or partner cannot be your whole village · The belief behind feeling “too much,” difficult, or like a burden · How to stop seeking validation from men, friends, or social media · Why receiving support can feel uncomfortable when you’re used to doing everything alone · How the relationship you have with yourself changes every relationship around you Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelle.juric/
11 // Why the fear of being seen is costing you the life you keep saying you want
In this episode, I get real about what happens when you actually go back and look at your goals — and realise you’ve achieved more than you think. I share my own halfway-through-the-year reflection, what I found in my old goal-setting workbook, and why staying consistent even when nothing seems to be happening is exactly how everything shifts. I also open up about the fear of being seen — where it comes from, why the people most meant to be visible are often the most afraid, and what is literally waiting for you on the other side of that fear. In this episode I cover: •Why perfectionism is keeping you from your desired life •How one imperfect video landed me on live TV and in the newspaper •The compound effect of showing up consistently •What identity shifts actually look like in real life •How to regulate your nervous system so you stop overthinking every decision •Why your fears are literally asking you to evolve Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelle.juric/
10 // Let Yourself Suck: Why Mistakes Are the Gateway Back to Yourself
In this episode, I reframe the fear of making mistakes and explain why there is no failure — only feedback. I breaks down how the “perfect girl” persona can keep women stuck in people-pleasing, perfectionism, overthinking, and self-sabotage, because they become so focused on being perceived the right way that they stop giving themselves permission to actually live, try, learn, and grow. I explore why making mistakes is an essential part of building self-trust, reconnecting with who you are, and creating a life that feels aligned. Because you don’t find yourself by performing perfection — you find yourself through experience. This episode is your reminder that every mistake can become information, every attempt can become evidence, and every moment of being seen trying can become part of your growth. 9 // Doing Less Is More: Rest, Regulation & Rebuilding Yourself
In this episode, I get really honest about a week that didn’t go to plan — the recording fails, the emotional spirals, and everything it brought up. I dive into why so many women struggle to slow down, what happens in your nervous system when you keep pushing, and why doing less might actually be the key to creating more. I also share a deep limiting belief I uncovered around money and receiving — and the process I used to work through it. This conversation also explores the guilt that comes with rest, how our worth gets tied to productivity, and what it really means to come back to yourself when life feels uncertain. If you’ve ever felt guilty for resting, struggled to receive, or found yourself burning out because you thought doing more made you more worthy — this episode is for you. Inside this episode we talk about: • why women struggle to slow down and what it costs them • nervous system regulation and simple tools to shift your state • the link between self-worth, money, and receiving • how childhood conditioning shapes the beliefs we carry • why slowing down is actually your fastest path forward • learning to find joy in the process instead of waiting for the result Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelle.juric/
8 // Why You're Blocking More Money, Opportunities & Overflow (And Don't Even Realise It)
In this episode, I’m joined by Alyce for a powerful conversation around money, self-worth, receiving, intuition, investing in yourself, and what it really takes to open yourself up to more. We dive into why so many women say they want more — more money, more freedom, more opportunities, more support — but still find themselves holding back when it comes to actually receiving it. We talk about the deeper patterns behind this, from fear and control to the beliefs we carry around money, safety, self-worth, and what it means to truly back ourselves. This conversation also explores the power of intuition, identity work, nervous system safety, and the shifts that happen when women stop waiting for certainty and start trusting themselves more deeply. If you’ve ever felt afraid to invest in yourself, struggled to receive more, or felt like you were being called into a bigger life but didn’t fully know how to trust it yet, this episode is for you. Inside this episode we talk about: why so many women struggle to invest in themselves the link between money, self-worth, and receiving fear, safety, and scarcity patterns how your identity shapes what you allow yourself to have intuition vs fear and how to tell the difference the power of expanders and being in the right rooms letting go of control and opening yourself to opportunity why backing yourself changes everything Resources mentioned in this episode: Here is the link to the Mini Money Audit: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1akk9FUk8CdrmMqUcE_cMPR1mq7NP2U82/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=115719939310913192926&rtpof=true&sd=true Connect with Alyce on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/iamalyceswarts/
7 // I didn't expect this after moving to Croatia ...
In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what the last few months have really looked like for me… not just the highlights, but also the moments that challenged me the most. From being on Croatian national TV, to questioning everything I thought I knew about myself, to navigating judgment, identity shifts, and learning how to truly trust my inner voice — this has been a journey of letting go of control and stepping into alignment. I share how perfectionism used to hold me back, why taking messy action changed everything, and what it really looks like to “fail forward” and grow. We also dive into: Why you feel disconnected from yourself How people-pleasing pulls you away from your inner compass What it actually means to trust yourself And why life might not be meant to be lived so fast This episode is your reminder that you don’t need to have it all figured out… you just need to start moving. And maybe more importantly — you’re allowed to have fun again. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelle.juric/
6 // This is what happens when you stop playing small
In this episode, I reflect on a week that brought up more than I expected. After sharing something online that reached more people than usual, I found myself navigating a new level of visibility — and with that, a lot of internal shifts. Old fears came up, especially around being seen, being misunderstood, and how quickly the mind can go into wanting to shrink or hold back. But instead of going back into old patterns, I chose to move through it. We talk about the fear of judgment, why you’ll never be able to control how others perceive you, and what it really looks like to stay grounded in yourself when things feel uncomfortable. I also share the unexpected beauty that came from this experience — the connections, new opportunities, and how it all led into one of the most meaningful birthdays I’ve had in years. This episode is a reminder that growth doesn’t always come in the way we expect… but it always shows us where we’re ready to expand. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelle.juric/
5 // When everyone said it wouldn't work (I did it anyway)
In this episode, I reflect on the past five months since leaving my life in Australia and starting over in Croatia. It hasn’t been the easiest path, and there were moments where people around me doubted whether it would work. But sometimes the most important thing you can do is trust the voice inside of you, even when others don’t understand your vision yet. I also open up about a powerful realization I had about my parents. For a long time I carried certain expectations and emotions, until I understood that our parents did the best they could with the tools and awareness they had at the time. When we start taking responsibility for our own healing, the relationship we have with them can completely shift. This episode is about self-trust, letting go of other people’s fears, and realizing that the real work begins when we decide to heal ourselves. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelle.juric/
4 // From Perfection to Flow
In this episode, I share what happens when you stop striving for perfection and allow yourself to create from flow instead. We explore how perfectionism disconnects us from our bodies, our truth, and our natural expression — and what becomes possible when you soften control and trust what wants to move through you. This is a reminder that your most powerful work doesn’t come from trying harder, but from being more present. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelle.juric/
3 // Understanding Relationships Through Body Awareness
In this episode of the Unleash & Align Podcast, I sit down with my dear friend Madi for a deep and honest conversation about relationships and self-connection. We explore how our relationship with our body and intuition shapes the decisions we make, and how subconscious patterns and generational trauma can influence the way we show up in love. Together, we reflect on the role of body awareness in recognizing alignment, safety, and truth within relationships. We also open up a space for self-inquiry around how we know when a relationship has truly served its purpose — and what it means to choose ourselves with clarity and self-trust.
