COVID-19 Bailouts: Waste, Fraud and Abuse.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Congress made $4.68 trillion in bailout funding available to the American people via 44 different federal agencies.  A total of approximately $4.3 trillion was ultimately expended.  What government programs ran well?

Did the Covid-aid follow those who had real needs or was the American taxpayer sold out by our elites? How did criminals and fraudsters make off with $400 billion dollars of taxpayer money?  Did our government really send a total of $3.6 billion dollars to 2.2 million dead people?
