This one is really a doozy. Ronald O'Bryan, his two children, his neighbor, and his neighbors two children all went trick or treating October 31st of 1974. The 5 kids got 5 21inch Pixy Stix during their trick or treat outing. Those Pixy Stix proved to be deadly.
