1 week ago I had the honor to sit with Mother Ayahuasca for the first time. In my journey I went through 3 vastly different experiences through my conscious, subconscious, and unconscious mind. It was the most beautiful and horrific day of my life. As always, I offer this message of hope and love and healing to share vulnerability and authenticity with you to encourage you to do the same.
