At the start of EVERY season of @theamazingrace we hear @philiminator say "THE WORLD IS WAITING" as the teams race off to their first leg of the race! For 33 seasons both Courtney Burton ( @courtneylynnburton ) and Jamie Sheppard ( @rootsandwingswellness ) have been watching this show and dreaming about competing one day!! While winning $1,000,000 is absolutely a nice prospect the REAL PRIZE for both of us would be the experience to race around the world and dabble in the cultures, people, food and experiences that we'd never have otherwise! Court and Jamie WILL be on the Amazing Race one day but until then we have built our LIVES around the principles and values that this show represents to us! We have built wellness businesses that help people get FIT in their bodies, minds, bank accounts and hearts! We have created adventure travel experiences that facilitate the opportunity for OTHERS to experience cultures and parts of the world they've never seen alongside us while CHALLENGING COMFORT ZONES! We have cultivated communities where it's about PEOPLE FIRST and connection, authenticity, and living in a place of personal power and big dreams! We are JUST getting started!
