It seems absolutely right that she would be one half of one of Hong Kong's most successful fitness hubs! Santina shares about how uni life, and how it pointed her on the right path to drop the corporate world and follow her true passion of exercise and movement. Bam shares the obstacles she has overcome as a woman in sport, and on a deeper level how she has wrestled with her own identity. Starting from 12, Sofie takes us through her journey of blind emailing and cold calling in order to pursue her passions. We explore how changing from a ballerina to a rugby player ended up with her studying Psychology at Harvard University. As a collegiate athlete, Sofie shares how body image, injuries, and imposter syndrome have reshaped how she looks at success and a fulfilling life. Sofie is an excellent of example of the phrase "don't ask, don't get". I think we could all learn something from this incredibly humble, inspiring, and driven young woman.
