We learned how he Goal sets for his clients whether they are athletes, weekend warriors, or people just trying to get healthy and think there is so much value to his experiences and what he said. What did we take away from the paper and how can we use this to better support athletes during the winter months. This paper really opened our eyes to some of the issues that can happen during a long off-season training period and how we as sport scientists can support athletes and support staff better!
