Xianxian Jiang is a PhD candidate in Management at the University of Queensland Business School. Her research investigates the process of coordinating for distributed innovation in innovation ecosystems, which represent a unique collaborative context in many technological and professional fields. She is specifically interested in how inter-organisational and interdisciplinary actors and their work for innovation are organised in such contexts.
