Haley Levine Wills was this weeks guest host. And just like past agents in the past, she came prepared and shared some great information about real estate.

Haley is the leader of the HomeCo team at Compass. She has been in the real estate business since 2016. She is a lifelong resident of the Chicago area and comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. Selling and negotiating are in her DNA! She grew up in Hyde Park until the age of 16 when her family moved to Wilmette to be in the New Trier Township High School District - her alma mater. She then went on to study design at Columbia College. While her family might argue that she wasted some serious cash on a design degree, she believes her design background serves her real estate clients well - it has allowed her to rework layouts and choose finishes that sell and stage homes appropriately.
