In this episode we meet Kevin who works in a M&A role and is a good friend of Jen. While Kevin has had a pretty crazy and wild career to date he also makes sure to find time for his hobbies. Kevin has managed to jump to a few different roles and companies in his career, which has allowed him to work out his niche. We discuss the challenges of entering the finance industry as well as how it is super critical to ensure your work doesn't take over your life. We believe it is important to live a balanced life so that you can be fulfilled while also presenting the best version of yourself into all other aspects and ventures.

In this episode, we meet Aaron who is an old colleague of Alex's. Before Aaron and Alex were working together Aaron, has had quite a different life experiences which has led him to start his own thing in We discuss all the different things that make up a Aaron's career as well as what led him to start his own thing. While starting your own thing can be stressful we discuss the different considerations, and concerns that he had and how he managed to overcome them to a point now where the hard work is paying off.

In this episode we met Ly who is a grad in the same company as Jen and Alex. Ly has had an interesting career path as she decided to become a graduate at a slightly older age than her peers. However with age comes more wisdom and experiences which ultimately can help her to present a better version of herself through her work and around the office. We discuss the considerations of age and experience on an individuals graduate experience, how Covid-19 has impacted the corporate lifestyle and finally how there are always opportunities in one's careers depending which path they pick.

In this episode we meet Jen who is the owner of a pet sitting business out in the greater western suburbs of Sydney. Jen has had a very interesting career where she originally followed the standard university path like most individuals, however ultimately wanted to fulfil her passions and follow her dreams of running her own business. We discuss the choices and decisions that are important when it comes to starting their own things or moving away from the standard path, difficulties and struggles of running your own business and ultimately finding the true balance between our personal and professional lives.
