I used to spiral at every little symptom. If my heart skipped a beat, I thought “heart attack.” If I felt dizzy, I thought “something’s seriously wrong.” No matter how many times doctors told me I was fine, I couldn’t believe them.

That’s what living in survival mode feels like — fear gets so loud that your intuition is drowned out. In this episode, I’ll share how I shifted out of that cycle and started rebuilding trust with myself.
