Tommy grew up in Ohio and started out in the family business of home inspections. Over time he started to get involved in flipping houses and tells about how he lost 6 figures on his first deal. Not giving up, he now has a dozen employees and uses multiple exit strategies through wholesaling, flipping, and short term rentals.
