This is part 1 of my conversation with Pressley M. Hambrick IV. He is the Principal of Dimensional Capital Partners. He was introduced to real estate investing at the age of 6. His grandparents owned 2 apartment buildings, and his father owned 20+ rental properties. While watching his family manage and grow their business, Pressley and his father began to rehab the rentals at the age of 8. Ever since then, Pressley has been involved in real estate investing, from brokering mortgage notes, to flipping, to apartment syndication.
