Like other ollectors, Joe Palmer of Sacramento has a passion for vintage cars with character, and chrome. If a vehicle has a long history, Palmern takes pleasure in sharing its pedigree. The real estate businessman and musician currently owns 14 cars and he's possessed more than 30 vehicles. He likes Lincoln, Cadillac and Rolls-Royce.
