We only move from one place to another to look for things that we believe we don't have. Very often we do have them, but we just can't see them, 'cause we don't expect them to be here.

Be well - It's your mind that matters most!

The health of your body depends on the health of your mind, and the health of your mind depends on knowing you are always in control, because there is no potential that is beyond your mind. Be aware of that, and heal yourself in the most sustainable way possible! I hope you find this inspiring.
