In this Stillness Session, you’re invited to slow down, listen, and begin rebuilding trust with your body. Through breath, presence, and soft visualization, you’ll explore what it might feel like to feel safe within yourself again.

This isn’t about forcing relaxation or finding the “perfect” state. It’s about meeting your body exactly where it is… and letting that be enough.
