Through breath, visualization, and stillness, you’ll learn how to soften the weight of self-judgment and gently remind yourself of the truth: you are already enough.
This practice closes with a journal prompt to help you carry compassion forward: If I could speak kindly to the version of me that feels small or unworthy, what words would I offer?
Take this time to step away from the noise, breathe deeply, and remember — you don’t need to be finished to be whole. You are already enough, exactly as you are.
