That tension of knowing you want more — more creativity, more alignment, more change — but not quite knowing how to get there yet. Or feeling like you can see the next version of your life, but you’re not fully in it.

We also zoom out and talk about where this pressure even comes from. From being expected to choose a career path as teenagers, to following a “step-by-step” life plan that doesn’t leave much room for evolution, it’s no surprise so many people find themselves years later feeling unfulfilled or ready for something different.
