She leads Data and AI initiatives at Twilio, driving enterprise-scale products, and is the Co-Founder and CEO of Flintolabs, where she mentors students in tech entrepreneurship. Janani brings deep technical leadership and a strong commitment to STEM advocacy.

We interview Suzanne Serbia who, for many years, was a leader at General Electric, working in information technology, marketing, and design initiatives. After, she founded Aging with Art and Soul, using her artistic talents to support her community in many ways. She currently leads art workshops held in local assisted living communities and has published three coloring books that incorporate her detailed artwork, poems, and short stories.

We interview Deepika Cattry, a Boston University alumnae with a B.S. in Human Physiology and an M.S. in Applied Anatomy and Physiology, as well as an MBA from Cornell University. She now serves as Director of Global Commercial CAR T (Cell Therapy) for Breyanzi at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she brings expertise across marketing, clinical research, and analytics to advance transformative cell therapies. Deepika blends technical insight with global strategic leadership, and is also a dedicated STEM advocate committed to uplifting the next generation.

We interview Dr. Xianmei Cai, a Senior Principal Scientist at Bristol Myers Squibb, a leading global biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. Originally from China, Dr. Cai earned her Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry and has since dedicated her career to advancing the science behind drug discovery and development. At Bristol Myers Squibb, she applies cutting-edge analytical instrumentation and data-driven methods to study chemical compounds, providing critical insights that help bring innovative new medicines to patients around the world.

We interview Meera Haridasa, a Product Manager at Microsoft, where she focuses on tooling within Visual Studio Code, including GitHub Copilot integrations, agentic frameworks, and specifications. Meera earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, where she double-majored in Computer Science (with a concentration in Machine Learning) and Data Science, and minored in Statistics.

We interview Naeha Haridasa, a Social Medicine Fellow at the University of Illinois. Originally from California, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University, where she dual-majored in Neuroscience and Public Health with a minor in Anthropology. She went on to attend the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C., concentrating in Health Policy. Following her residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Chicago, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year, Naeha now practices as an ER physician, leads public health projects, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Policy at UIC.

We interview Sally Davis Wasserman, a partner at Ropes & Gray who specializes in real estate transaction law, representing private equity funds, hedge funds, institutional investors, and more. She graduated magna cum laude from Barnard College with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Music, and later earned her law degree cum laude from New York University School of Law. Most recently, she has been recognized by Legal 500 and Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch from 2022–2026.

We interview Karen Shahbazian Berliner, an entrepreneur and owner of Perfectly Homemade who also works as a substitute teacher in the West Windsor Plainsboro Regional School District. With degrees from Boston College and Harvard, she built a 12-year career at NYU Langone Medical Center in strategic planning and operations before moving to Princeton, where she consulted at Princeton University and later embraced a new chapter as a stay-at-home mom and small business owner.
