In this episode, I sit down with Xunda Gibson, MD who truly did it all. Like many physicians I meet, she dreamed of owning her own practice, and she made it happen for decades. Her mission was simple: to create an environment where patients received the care they truly deserved. She succeeded in bringing that vision to life, pouring her heart, soul, sweat, and tears into running her practice for many years.
