Matt Walsh told his audience that anonymous surveys show more than 80% of experts agree genes play a non-trivial role in average race differences in intelligence.

One survey does. It is 86 answers out of roughly 1,237 researchers contacted - and the man who compiled the survey table reports the real range as 14% to 84%, average 45%. Verdict: mostly-false, truth score 0.25, confidence 0.85.
