Good morning. Maine. I'm DJ Huzz. That bitter cold you're feeling this morning? That's Arctic air parked right over Maine. A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect until 7 A.M. For the County and the mountains. Wind chills are dipping to minus 25 degrees up north. That means frostbite can happen in just 10 minutes on exposed skin, so you'll want to cover up if you're heading out. In the next 24 hours. Here's what's happening across the state today. Portland climbs to 27 degrees under sunny skies. That's 13 degrees below normal for early March. Augusta reaches 23 degrees. Bangor tops out at 21. The mountains and the County stay frigid with highs near 14 degrees. Winds there are gusting to 25 miles an hour, making it feel even harsher. Tonight stays clear and cold.
