Winds shift northwest to west by 7 A.M., gusting to 30 miles an hour before easing this afternoon. Tonight drops to 10 degrees by 4 A.M. With gusts to 15 around 5 A.M. Step outside tomorrow morning and it'll feel like 5 degrees. Push inland to Augusta. High of 29 degrees around 3 P.M. Tonight plunges to 7 degrees by 4 A.M.
