By 9 tomorrow morning, Portland could see near whiteout conditions. We're talking 6 to 10 inches in Portland, 9 to 13 in Augusta. And the bullseye lands Downeast with 10 to 14 inches. Winds gusting to 25 miles an hour by 8 A.M. Make this a genuine blizzard.
