Back in the holy capital with full wallets and questionable judgment, the party sets out to spend their reward money like responsible adults. That lasts about five minutes. Between opening bank accounts, getting drained by a succubus, and staging an impromptu necromancy lecture with an exploding squirrel, things spiral quickly. A magical deck of cards pushes one adventurer into poverty and permanent stupidity, while another uses their wishes for hat repairs.
