Social media addiction is very real, and Jessica Elefante has lived it, even developing what's called "digital dementia". Jessica, along with a group known as "MAMA" (Mothers Against Media Addiction) are taking a stand against the normalization of technology running our lives, where we're constantly attached to our phones, and social media has become our social life.
