George and Chester are on assignment behind enemy lines to find Reverend Turner. The last they knew, he had infiltrated JEB Stuart's cavalry and had delivered a message to them at the well by the barn. However, he had not returned to Union lines and they were now trying to hunt him down while a major battle is brewing.
George, Chester and Reverend Turner begin their second spy mission behind enemy lines as Jessie Scouts. This time, they are to infiltrate JEB Stuart's cavalry and then get a message back to Union lines. Reverend Turner was eager for his turn to meet the suave Confederate general once again, for they had met before, and to even the score.
George, Will and Rev. Turner are behind enemy lines in the middle of the night, spying on the Confederate position and troop strength. As they travel back to Union lines, they are surprised by troopers out on patrol. But George and Will are more surprised when they find out Rev. Turner and the girl who exchanged wagons with them in the middle of the night are in cahoots for more than just spying.

They have exchanged wagons with a spy named Jessie. Now they have to get back to the Union lines before the sun comes up, but there is something that will put this mission in peril.
