We visit Matthew Chapter 6 in our current new testament study. Where we see how Jesus breaks down how to give, pray, and fast along with speaking on treasures and not worrying. Jesus lets us know to not try and boast and proclaim for man to see but moreso to do things in private for God to see. The things we do arent meant for our own benefit but for the benefit of the kingdom of God.

God knows our hearts and for the real reasons we do what we do. When giving, praying our fasting the message becomes very clear. Do not be hypocrites don't do things knowingly in a way to where you will be seen or be questioned on what you are doing.
