Today we’re covering one of the most common issues in Ejari registration: rejections.

Most Ejari applications are approved without difficulty, but when a registration is rejected, the reason is usually one of a handful of recurring problems.

The most common rejection is a landlord name mismatch. The landlord named on the tenancy contract must match the owner shown on the title deed. If a property manager or attorney signs on behalf of the owner, valid supporting documents such as a management agreement or Power of Attorney must be provided.

Another frequent issue is Emirates ID problems. Expired IDs, pending renewals, or recent sponsorship changes can prevent registration. In m ...
