The Conveyance Desk by The Conveyance Desk
Episode notes
Welcome back to The Conveyance Desk.
In Episode 6, we discussed transfer timelines and what actually makes a transaction move quickly. Today, we're focusing on the seller's side of the process.

The Seller's Role
Many sellers assume their job is simply to sign documents, hand over the keys, and receive payment.
In reality, sellers often need to coordinate multiple tasks before a transfer can proceed, including:
- Retrieving title documents
- Arranging mortgage discharge (if applicable)
- Applying for the developer NOC
- Clearing service charge balances
- Managing tenant-related matters ...
