A church can be doctrinally aligned, fiercely loyal to its institution, and send thousands overseas, yet remain utterly fractured before God. True unity is not forced uniformity or silent compliance; it is rooted in belonging to Christ, where mutual accountability and love outrank the need to be right. We easily drop money in an envelope while withholding fellowship from the believer three rows back. Giving is not condescending charity—it is family reciprocity. The real offering is allowing Christ to demolish our walls of pride and prejudice. If our offering plate claims unity, our treatment of people must prove it.
