Hearing re approval of Saks et al, disclosure statement

Very interesting. The Bankruptcy Judge presiding over the Saks bankruptcy called out that the disclosure statement submitted to the court included third party releases - in order words releases of parties that did not file bankruptcy - which runs afoul of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Purdue Pharma. It sounds like Saks' bankruptcy lawyers are planning to fix that.
