One of the hardest parts of pregnancy loss can be the way it asks us to grieve something we had only just begun to imagine, while still trying to keep moving through everyday life.
In this solo episode, I’m sharing my miscarriage story, including the pregnancy bleeding that followed, the appointment where there was no heartbeat, and the surgery and recovery that came after.
I talk about what it was like to move through a missed miscarriage after a difficult birth experience, and how that loss brought up fear, panic, and questions I did not fully understand at the time.
I also share the emotional side of miscarriage grief, including guilt, shame, and comparison, along with the ways I began to see that I needed deeper care, healthier coping, and real miscarriage support instead of trying to push through it alone.
