This past Sunday we sat with the book of Malachi and watched as God brought accusation after accusation to His people. Each time, they denied it, defended themselves, and dismissed what He was saying. Beneath every excuse was the same question: Does God really love us?
But Malachi reminded us that God's correction has always flowed from His love. Time and again, He told His people, "Enough is enough"—not to push them away, but to call them back to Himself.
As we move through this week, let's pray that we wouldn't deny, defend, or dismiss what God is revealing in our own hearts. Instead, may we receive His loving correction, trusting that His conviction is never meant to shame us but to restore us. He has always loved us, and Malachi points us to Jesus, who bore our faithlessness without missing a beat and still calls the woun ...
