If the revenue grows while your schedule gets worse, your life gets smaller, every client needs access to you, and the entire thing requires your absolute best day just to function, we need to look at more than the revenue report.
In this episode, I’m talking about the metrics nobody puts on the dashboard: control over your time, decision fatigue, client fit, creative capacity, complexity, freedom, and whether you actually want more of the business you currently have.
Because the goal is not to spend ten years building something you eventually need to escape from.
