The Power of Authenticity and Storytelling w/ Bob Regnerus | Ep. 20
We are back with Episode 20 of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast featuring my long-time friend and mentor, Bob Regnerus. Bob is the Co-Founder of Feedstories, a video production company focused on helping businesses increase their impact, reach, traffic, and sales through direct marketing, creative filmmaking and strategic storytelling. Bob is also the author of several books including "The Ultimate Guide to Facebook Advertising," now in its fourth edition, co-authored with Perry Marshall and Tom Meloche. He has also written "The Official Get Rich Guide to Information Marketing on the Internet," "Big Ticket eCommerce," and "The Best Business Card on the Planet." In this episode, we explore Bob's journey as an entrepreneur and what it truly means to show up as your authentic self. What I have come to learn from Bob is that life is a process of never-ending creation. We all have the power to create and choose who we are in this life. That is an extremely powerful message that continues to show up throughout this conversation and I am honored to be able to share this with the world. To all my builders, I salute you 🚀

Building Curb Hero & Scaling Real Estate Marketing w/ Ajay Pondicherry | Ep. 18
Welcome to Episode 18 of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast. In this episode, I am excited to host my friend, Ajay Pondicherry, the Co-Founder and CEO of Curb Hero. Curb Hero is a real estate marketing software providing user-friendly yet robust digital marketing tools. Designed for real estate agents, it empowers them to optimize open houses, boost online listings, and streamline lead generation through social media. In this podcast, we dive into Ajay's journey into entrepreneurship, starting from his experiences in the e-commerce and event space, all the way to building a real estate industry software company. This episode reconfirms one of my core beliefs about creating a business. Many businesses are rooted in identifying a personal challenge, designing the solution, and then ultimately realizing the wider market demand for this newfound solution. The original concept of Curb Hero evolved from this principle—it initially served as a proof of concept for his wife's mortgage business, Aragon Lending, before turning into a full-blown solution that we now see today. Ajay is a true builder at heart and it was an absolute pleasure to get to spend some time talking with him. If you're a real estate professional aiming to elevate your lead generation, follow the link below and sign up for Curb Hero. To all my builders, I salute you 🚀
Renaissance Time, Doing The "Heart" Work & The Future of AI w/ Perry Marshall | Ep. 17
In the seventeeth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast, I am joined by my friend and true modern-day renaissance man, Perry Marshall. Perry is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, consultant, scientist, engineer and artist (like I said - renaissance man). When people say "oh this guy wrote the book on blah blah blah", this time it's actually a fact. Perry wrote THE book on Google Ads. His Google book laid the foundations for the $400B digital advertising industry and is the world’s best selling book on internet advertising. He is also the founder of the $10 million Evolution 2.0 Prize, with judges from Harvard, Oxford, and MIT which is also the world’s largest science research award. His reinvention of the Pareto Principle is published in Harvard Business Review and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Labs uses his 80/20 Curve as a productivity tool so yeah - he's done and is doing some cool stuff. Together in this episode, we explore Perry's early stages as an entrepreneur, we cover a few of the Planet Perry terms like "drinking the pink kool-aid" and "renaissance time", we talk about his observations of navigating the different phases of entrepreneurship and we also dive deep into Perry's philosophy around personal development and my new favorite term I learned from him - doing the "heart" work. This was a conversation that will always be special to me for a lot of different reasons. It's been a surreal journey of reading Perry's books as a 20 year old, to then going to one of his first Facebook Ad workshops to then getting to be a fly on the wall at his high level Roundtable masterminds (thank you Scott Schang) to getting to host the Zero to $100k coaching program with him a few months ago and to now have had the opportunity to sit and do a podcast with him is something I will always be so incredibly grateful for. As you will see in the video, I was basically smiling the entire time. One of the greatest gifts Perry has given me is that he has taught me to think critically about myself and who I am, what I want out of my life, what I’m naturally good at and to then build the business around that. Those answers came from listening within myself rather than searching externally or needing outside validation. That has led to having true harmony between who I am as a person and how I show up in my business and in my life. To all my builders, I salute you 🚀
Ep. 16 | Systems Of Wealth w/ Don Crowther
In the sixteenth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast, I am joined by my friend and digital marketing expert, Don Crowther. Don is the CEO of Breakthrough Consulting and put very simply, he creates millionaires for a living. His specialty is in helping people make money online, utilizing all of the essential tools required to succeed: search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, social networking, traffic building, public relations, e-commerce, conversion, analytics, partnerships, and joint ventures. Together in this episode, we go through Don's early years as a Brand Manager for the Kimberly-Clark Corporation and the different brands he helped launch and grow, how he got his break into the online advertising world, and his journey of selling one of the very first social media marketing courses ever. This was an absolutely fascinating conversation. For me, this was one of the only times I have had a chance to explore what it was like to be in the marketing world before the internet was even invented. I cannot stress enough how valuable it is to understand the true fundamentals of marketing from a first principle perspective and Don lays it out in this episode like the true expert he is. To all my builders, I salute you 🚀
Ep. 15 | Systems Of Wealth w/ Jason Perkins
In the fifteenth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend, Jason Perkins. Jason is the Co-Founder & President @ Bonzo, a marketing and sales engagement platform for mortgage and real estate professionals. I have been fortunate enough to become a "Bonzo Ninja" over the past year or so through my consulting business and in the process I have grown very close with Jason and the rest of the Bonzo team. Together in this episode we go through Jason's early years as a sales professional, his travel explorations, the different stages of building Bonzo and his vision for where the platform could go in the future. A huge takeaway from this conversation for myself was Jason's commitment to truly being a problem solver. It is my belief that in its purest form, a business is created through the awareness of recognizing how things can be done better in a certain market and then focusing on understanding the needs of your customers. From there it is just a relentless effort of trying, learning and constantly improving your product or service. I have witnessed, felt and experienced that energy from Jason and the rest of the team ever since I have been working with the platform. I am so very excited to see where they go with Bonzo and it is an honor to work alongside them. If you are a mortgage professional and are interested in learning what the Bonzo platform can do for your business, I am hosting a webinar with Jason next Wednesday, May 17th at 1pm EST and together we are going to cover: 1) Creating processes for agent referral building 2) Setting up Pipelines and Campaigns for agent engagement 3) Strengthening existing agent relationships 4) Building co-branded landing pages 5) How to become the "Go-To Lender" for all agents You can register here: https://bit.ly/3O2aLlg To all my builders, I salute you 🚀
Ep. 14 | Systems Of Wealth w/ Andrew Pawlak
In the fourteenth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend, Andrew Pawlak. Andrew is the CEO & Co-Founder @ rebel iQ (FKA leadpops), a full-service digital marketing solution built specifically for mortgage and real estate professionals. A lot of my foundation as a marketing and technology consultant in the real estate industry came from Andrew's book, "The Mortgage Marketing Manifesto" and I have been a longtime user of his products. Together in this episode we go deep into Andrew's background and how he originally got his start in sales, the journey of developing the initial idea of leadPops and his keys to success for creating longevity in your business. This was a fascinating conversation as I went into it with a lot of curiosity around how he is able to keep his finger on the pulse of what is happening in his specific industry while still executing at a high-level as CEO. His answer was quite refreshing and I think his approach is not only what makes him a masterful marketer but also a great leader. I truly admire Andrew's vision for both his life and his business. You can feel his tenacity and competitiveness to win combined with an absolute passion and love for what he is building. Beyond all of that, his commitment to his family and recognizing the importance that has in his life is truly inspiring. I have no doubt he is going to continue to dominant in his industry and I'm excited to be a witness of his success. To all my builders, I salute you!
Ep. 13 | Systems Of Wealth w/ Anthony Wilson
In the thirteenth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend, Anthony Wilson. Anthony is the CEO and Co-Founder of TruPro Elites which helps owners and entrepreneurs from small and medium businesses scale faster, remove growth bottleneck, and most importantly, do so while reducing the amount of stress that comes along with growing a business. I met Anthony in a coaching mastermind group last year and was immediately blown away by the amount of things he is able to accomplish. He will tell you himself - it all comes down to his team. That is a concept we explore and go deep on in this episode. The lessons he shares are grounded, real and are things you can immediately take action on. We also go deep into Anthony's journey as an entrepreneur and the many ups and downs that come with this pursuit. From being homeless to scaling a company past the 7-figure revenue mark, he has experienced the extremes and it has definitely shaped him into not only a great leader professionally but also an extremely thoughtful individual. This is one of those episodes where you will need to pause, rewind and listen again because some of the things he shares are just so profound it is impossible for you not to be struck and take time to self-reflect. To all my builders, I salute you!
Ep. 12 | Systems Of Wealth w/ Josh Lewis
In the twelfth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend and longtime mentor, Josh Lewis. Josh is a Certified Mortgage Consultant and is the Broker/Owner of BuyWise Mortgage. Along with Scott Schang, Josh took a chance on me when I was 19 and just getting started out in digital marketing. I feel extremely fortunate to not only have had the opportunity to work with Josh now for the past 5 years but to have him as a resource for all of my questions around building wealth with real estate. Together in this episode we explore Josh's path to becoming an owner of his own Mortgage Company, the lessons he has learned investing in real estate as well as some of the things a prospective buyer needs to be thinking about when they are approaching a real estate transaction. Josh has a very refreshing and no-fluff perspective on how to truly empower yourself to make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. To me, Josh absolutely embodies the term "expert" when it comes to his business. His depth of knowledge continuously blows me away but beyond that, his ability to articulate and simplify these concepts for the everyday consumer is truly what makes him special. It is a real gift for me to be able to interact with him on a consistent basis and I highly encourage anybody that has questions around buying a home or getting started with building a rental portfolio to seek out Josh's wisdom. To all my builders, I salute you!
Ep. 11 | Systems Of Wealth w/ Sunni Sukumar
In the eleventh episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend and fellow digital marketer, Sunni Sukumar. Sunni is a Conversion Optimization Specialist and Growth Marketer. I have had the pleasure of working closely with him through our respective agencies and in his own words, his definition of marketing is "the science of helping people embrace change" which is something that has stuck with me since we recorded this podcast together. There are multiple points in this conversation that will make you want to rewind and listen again because Sunni is truly full of profound insights. We also go deep into a discussion of how we would define what an "expert" really is and again, Sunni's perspective on that has been rattling in my mind everyday since we had this conversation. His journey of leaving a high paying IT position to pursue his passion and curiosity for marketing will undoubtedly inspire you. An amazing conversation with an even more amazing human being, please enjoy. To all my builders, I salute you!
