He talks with us all about going from being in a cover band doing 300 gigs a year to becoming his own artist releasing original music on a Sony-owned label. He gives great advice for young artists who are just starting out in the Nashville scene. Mike Ponder also spent a great deal of time telling us about Wish for Our Heroes which he is now the Nashville Chapter President. He also discusses how being a military veteran has impacted both his own musical career and songwriting.
