Many put labels on Deborah Thomas, as she conceived a child at 16. She decided that nobody else would be in charge of her story. She graduated from Jack Yates High School with honors and proceeded to graduate from University of Houston. With far too many professional designations to mention, she has much wisdom to dispense.
