"Stuck in K-Guard" is a weekly discussion podcast where we go over the latest news and controversies in the combat sports world. We'll sometimes have guests, but it's mainly gonna be two crusty grapplers who share a name and a hobby.

This week we'll discuss the inclusion of BJJ in the Olympics, The DDS breakup, and the horror that is celeb boxing.
