In this meditation we call the archangels to hold the space as usual. We invite your Body Consciousness and Higher Self to present to you a landscape that represents your depression. In this landscape is a cave of ice and in the cave a wall of solid ice that represents the dynamics of your depression.

We call on Archangel Michael and angels of light working with this Archangel to fill the chamber with light and also focus light on the ice wall, that begins to melt. However, the final breakthrough through this wall of ice you need to complete alone. (Michael hands you a means of breaking through ice, this can be a sword of light, an ice pick, an axe, a light sabre or some other means).
